Went in end of lunch rush today, around 130pm. staff still working hard and quickly, despite the busy conditions. You guys deserve more than 3 stars, most of these reviews have clearly never worked customer service or food service. Best HJs chips I've had for a few months, so fresh and delicious!

Not even one star!! At 11:20 grill not working, outside tables and floor filthy with rubbish, inside floor not much better, ladies toilet stank because sanitary bins not replaced regularly enough. I left disgusted glad I didn’t order after reading everyone’s comments. Come on Management you are not teaching these kids how to get results shame on you!!!

I’m very satisfied with my experience here tonight. At first our order was incorrect but they more then compensated by not only letting me keep the small mistake but giving me what I ordered. Food was good too and the service was lovely.

The people were nice enough, the chips were actually hot (unlike McDonalds 60% of the time), and I got it relatively quickly.

Sunday 20.10.24, clearly understaffed and staff were getting absolutely hammered ! Unfortunately most of the customers there had no patience and were being so rude to servers, but they handled it like champions and didn't seem to get annoyed with anyone. The manager on site that morning was doing her absolute best, and got everything done as quickly as she possibly could. The team did an absolutely amazing job. Perhaps the owners of this branch need to make sure they have adequate staff on as not to screw the rest over. Food was nice, unfortunately shake machine was broken so we got hot chocolates, but they were yummy. Props to the morning team, you did great!
